We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.

Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of 70+ rockstars with plans to expand more in 2025. We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the 2023 and 2024 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs.

We’re expanding our Product team, and this role will be foundational in bringing our brand to life through compelling content, engaging events, and consistent storytelling. We are searching for an ambitious Sr. Product Manager to join the tech team in our Boston office to lead a new, agentic sales product launched earlier this year. This person will own the roadmap and buildout of this product to drive outsized customer and business impact.

⚡ What you'll do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead product for a dedicated, world class product, design, and engineering pod to build high-impact features that our users love

  • Discover, plan, and own the roadmap for the Topline Pro agentic sales suite to empower our pros to grow their businesses faster than ever before

  • Successfully ship new features and drive adoption in collaboration with colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer success

  • Deeply understand our customers through continuous user research and collaboration across the business

  • Effectively communicate and document progress + learnings across the organization

  • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work with leadership to define product strategy

🎯 What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 3 - 8 years of product management experience, with a strong understanding of user-centric, agile development; experience building AI-powered products is a plus

  • User-centric: Passionate about creating great user experiences and products our customers love

  • Ambitious: Desire to invent new features that change the game for our customers and deliver incredible business impact

  • Data-driven: Dedicated to tracking and measuring performance, using analytics to uncover deep insights, and deploying hypothesis-driven experiments when applicable

  • Resourceful: Willing to get scrappy to validate concepts and deliver results in an early stage environment

  • Clear communicator: Ability to articulate priorities and keep alignment across the organization amidst a hypergrowth environment
