About Topline Pro
We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.
Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with a team of 70+ a-players with plans to expand more in 2025. We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the 2023 and 2024 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs.
We're well funded with over $44M of capital raised from YC, Northzone, Forerunner, Bonfire, TMV and BBG. Most recently we closed our $27M Series B in Summer 2025. We have several years of runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in the past year. We’re further scaling our Sales team (25 today) and looking for an leader who can further build on our foundation and scale the team.

⚡ What you'll do
Own all aspects of revenue generation with aggressive growth targets on the journey post 8 figures of ARR
Focus on engaging and upselling our rapidly growing customer base growing of thousands of home service SMBs
Plan and lead recruiting for team expansion from our existing team
Exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation
Meet with with our existing Pro customer base and potential customers in order to driving meaningful relationships that contribute to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line
Build, develop, and inspire an organization of hard-working team members and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven sales processes
Develop, test, implement and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data backed decisions
🎯 What we're looking for
10+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales (required to have SMB sales experience)
5+ years in SMB sales management
Demonstrated experience leading, building, and growing successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams of 10+ Account Executives
Comfortable getting into the trenches with the team when required- reaching out to cold leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, etc.)
Technical proficiency and experience managing full sales tech stack (e.g., Orum, Salesloft, Hubspot, etc.)
Not just willing but excited to work in person 5 days per week in our Brooklyn office
